Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using DealCalc by InvestorCopilot ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DealCalc by InvestorCopilot.
Description of Service
DealCalc is a financial calculator application designed for real estate investment analysis. The Service includes:
- Time Value of Money (TVM) calculator
- Real estate investment analyzer
- Amortization schedule generator
- PDF export functionality
License Grant
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use DealCalc for your personal or internal business purposes.
You may NOT:
- Redistribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the software
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
- Remove or modify any proprietary notices
- Use the software for any unlawful purpose
- Share your activation code with others
Each purchase grants a license for use by a single individual. The activation code provided is for your personal use only.
Purchases and Payment
Pricing
All prices are displayed in US Dollars and include applicable fees. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
One-Time Purchase
DealCalc is sold as a one-time purchase. There are no recurring subscription fees.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our product, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once an activation code has been delivered.
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the software, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DealCalc by InvestorCopilot and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DEALCALC BY INVESTORCOPILOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses
- Financial losses resulting from investment decisions
- Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your data
- Any other damages arising from your use of the Service
Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DealCalc by InvestorCopilot and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website.
Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
